We're looking for a friendly, organized Customer Service Representative to be the first point of contact for our customers. You'll handle incoming calls, schedule service appointments, and ensure every customer interaction reflects our commitment to quality and care.
Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries about service, maintenance, and installations
- Schedule and dispatch service appointments efficiently to maximize technician routes
- Enter and maintain accurate customer records in our scheduling/dispatch software
- Follow up on completed jobs, service agreements, and membership renewals
- Communicate pricing, financing options, and membership benefits clearly
- Resolve customer concerns promptly and escalate when needed
- Coordinate with technicians and office staff to keep the day running smoothly
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior customer service experience (HVAC, trades, or dispatch experience a plus)
- Excellent phone manner and communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable learning scheduling/dispatch software (ServiceTitan experience preferred)
- Ability to stay calm and professional during busy periods
- Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
