JOB SUMMARY This position assists the Assistant City Engineer in the design, bidding, construction, and inspection of various City capital construction and/or maintenance projects. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONSReviews site plans and hydrological reports, building permits, and erosion and sediment control plans for all commercial and residential developments.Develops project cost estimates and develops project concepts.Coordinates preliminary and final engineering design and environmental permitting.Reviews
