The Smithville Community Clinic is a 100% FREE clinic that provide healthcare through four integrated departments; Medical, Well Women's, Dental and Behavioral Health. We only accept patients who are uninsured, a critically underserved population. We are truly integrated healthcare, treating our patients holistically throughout the three counties of Bastrop, Fayette and Caldwell counties. Our focused efforts in all that we do are to Heal the Body, Nourish the Mind and Renew the Spirit of those who come to use for assistance.
