Dr. Kelly is an "AUSOME Mom" to Decklyn and Samuel, and the Owner of Success on the Spectrum (SOS) in Fayetteville. SOS was birthed from her lived experiences as a parent of a daughter with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Dr. Kelly understands firsthand the fears, hope, determination, and unwavering commitment that many families carry.
Professionally, Dr. Kelly brings decades of experience as an educator, corporate leader, and business professional. She earned dual undergraduate degrees in Business from Texas A&M University (Gig'Em!), followed by a MBA and a Doctorate of Education in Organizational Leadership. She has a strong passion for developing others and continues this work as co-founder of Master Minded Women, Inc., a faith-based nonprofit providing a transformational leadership community that empowers women to live with purpose and intentionality.
In her free time, she enjoys family, traveling, and a good book.
